In this fascinating 9 minute audio Quirks and Quarks interview, a researcher thinks he's come up with a real world equivalent.

New Resources Posted

Edvantage Press is pleased to announce new probeware labs we have posted on the BC 8 website.

Watch for the new motion sensor icon on all the unit support pages. We currently have 5 probeware labs posted:

BC Science 8 Text Images Now Posted!

Images from the BC Science 8 Text have been added to the website resources. To make it easy to find the image that you want, you will find packages of images from each chapter posted as the first link for each of the chapters. Simply download the package, and enjoy!

Each of the image files has the text page number in the file name, so it should be easy to find and identify the image that you need.

All of the images are copyright McGraw-Hill Ryerson, but we would like teacher and student users of the BC Science 8 text to feel free to use the images for classroom instruction and assignment purposes.
